Riyadh-Mubasher: Red Sea Housing Services Co. said the board approved on Thursday appointing Don Brown Sumner as interim CEO, replacing Joseph Vecchiolla, according to a bourse statement posted on Sunday.  

Vecchiolla will remain as a board member, the company added.

Sumner, whose term began on 1 October, has worked at Red Sea Housing for 37 years. He served as CEO and managing director between 2006 and 2014.
